Any honey I offer for sale as RTH is produced 100% by honeybees in Texas, and any additional honey I purchase for resale as RTH will come from another RTH Member Participant.
I am not a purchaser of bulk honey in excess of 500 pounds from outside the state of Texas.
I understand that samples of my honey may be tested to show compliance with the RTH program.
I understand, as a Member Participant in the RTH program, I am subject to inspection, and if requested must provide proof of the source of my Texas honey.
I understand that any infraction of the rules of the RTH program and this agreement may result in removal from the RTH program and the Honey Locator and that I will not be allowed to use the Real Texas Honey™ seal. (See Section 5 of RTH Bylaws)
If requested to validate the number of hives claimed, I agree to make available GPS coordinates or physical inspection of apiaries, plus video, photographic or physical inspection of my honey processing facilities and equipment storage facilities.
I will comply with the RTH Detailed Requirements, and the Definitions set forth on the RTH website.
I understand that the RTH seal is restricted for use only on RTH products that meet the Detailed Requirements.
I understand I may be contacted at the time of renewal for re-verification of honey-producing hives.
